Each time I was pregnant I found myself wanting to learn about every little thing going on inside of my body. I’d read all the pregnancy books, drive my husband crazy with the many baby shows you find on t.v these days, and this most recent pregnancy I found the site mentioned in the subject, Babyfit.com. Even though I had been through it all before; the morning sickness, the cravings, the heartburn, the aches and the moods, I learned with finally carrying a girl (after 3 boys and very similar pregnancies) that each pregnancy can be so very different.
I’d find myself logging on every day to check my Due date month message board, it was nice being able to relate to other women going through the same thing I was, at the same time. While there, it was a neat goal to try to meet the daily challenges. By recording what I ate, tracking exercise, reading the articles and etc. All in which they gave you daily points for! You could even spin the daily wheel to win extra points and once in awhile a prize would show up on that wheel; A water bottle or tote bag. I happily won the tote bag. The most satisfying thing for me and the daily points was I knew it was for a good cause, for so many points you’d earn, they’d donate a dime to the March Of Dimes. (note: I was just looking at the site, and unsure if they are still doing the donations) So, in a friendly environment with all the message boards and friendly ladies,I knew I was doing good for myself, my baby, and a little good to the March of Dimes, all win win in my book.

I highly recommend this site to anyone who is pregnant or trying to conceive. 5 stars! As I sat here looking through the site to refresh my memory, I see many familiar names still using the site. My little one is now 8 and a half months, and life got busy with a big life transition and move, but it’s nice to see that many friendships bloomed and continued on this site. Perhaps I should pop in and say hello.
